Pernod Ricard is seeking a Program Management Intern for a six-month internship starting January 2027, based at our Paris headquarters. You will join a global digital transformation program spanning Finance, Purchasing, Sales & Customer Management, and Operations.

As an enrolled Master's student in Business or Engineering, you will gain hands-on experience in governance, reporting, and continuous improvement while collaborating with diverse functions across the group.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Proactive, organized and collaborative, with good stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Support governance activities and PMO coordination with stakeholders.
• Contribute to maintaining PMO assets, playbooks and knowledge resources.
• Help manage program information across core tools and documents for transparent reporting.
• Assist in preparing dashboards, data extracts and governance materials.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the program community.
• Explore AI, automation and tooling to simplify recurring activities and scale the program.

Pernod Ricard is looking for its future Program Management Intern for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 , based at our headquarters in Paris - The Island .

You will be part of a global digital transformation program, a multi-year ERP project that aims to drive convergence, standardization, and harmonization of Pernod Ricard's four End-to-End processes: Finance, Purchasing, Sales & Customer Management, and Operations . This large-scale program engages multiple functions within the Group and brings together finance, operations, sales, technology, procurement, sustainability, and external partners.

Your key missions

• Support the preparation and follow-up of key program governance activities , including presentations, reporting materials, action tracking, and coordination with PMO stakeholders
• Contribute to maintaining key PMO assets and ways of working , including governance materials, team documentation, playbooks, and shared knowledge resources
• Help ensure accurate and up-to-date program information across core tools and documents, supporting effective communication and decision-making
• Support program reporting activities by helping prepare dashboards, data extracts, status updates, and materials used for governance forums
• Contribute to strengthening team enablement processes to support efficient collaboration and resource integration across the program
• Support continuous improvement of program tools and ways of working , with a focus on simplification, centralisation, usability, and adoption across teams
• Explore practical uses of AI, Copilot, and automation to simplify recurring activities, improve efficiency, and support scalable ways of working across the program
• Promote collaboration, consistency, and knowledge sharing within the program community

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• You have a strong interest in digital transformation, ERP/SAP programs, and project management
• You are proactive, organised, and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• You are fluent in English ; French and/or Spanish would be a plus
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint ; experience with agile or project management tools such as Jira, PBI is a plus
• You have an interest in tooling and continuous improvement , with a focus on making processes and tools simpler, clearer, and easier to adopt
• You are curious about AI and automation , with an appetite for using technology to simplify processes, optimise ways of working, and support scalable solutions
