Description
The Program Director will be responsible for the overall delivery of the EIS Suite implementation for our customer(s). In this role, the Program Director will oversee all facets of the implementation, including client relationship management, partner collaboration, contractual and financial oversight, and the overall delivery of EIS Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships related to the delivery of EIS services during the implementation of the EIS Suite.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of EIS implementation services within budget and effort constraints.
- Collaborate with the System Integration (SI) Partner to ensure compliance with EIS standards and effective utilization of software capabilities.
- Advise both the customer and SI partner on delivery best practices to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Handle contractual activities, including collaboration on Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Manage financial aspects such as billing, collections, reporting, and internal profit and loss for billable and non-billable costs.
- Provide leadership to project teams and clients, leveraging business acumen to deliver efficient solutions.
- Maintain professional, client-focused behavior to foster lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with EIS Product, Technology, and Operations teams to address client requirements using existing configuration mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities to expand the EIS software relationship, including new products or broader organizational adoption.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- At least 8 years of experience in Project or Program Management leading complex enterprise implementations.
- Proven experience leading large insuretech programs, particularly in the insurance domain, managing multimillion-dollar projects.
- Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery models effectively.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex business processes.
- Strong consultative, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in French, both written and oral.
- Willingness to travel approximately < 25%, domestically and internationally.
