Airbnb is seeking a Program and Business Operations intern to join the France & Benelux team, focusing on driving business in one of the most mature regions for Airbnb (2nd destination), yet still with significant untapped growth.

The difference you will make :

You will work closely with the local leadership team to identify potential growth opportunities and support leaders by providing fundamental data insights for decision-making. This pivotal role will enable you to participate in designing the strategy for Airbnb in France and help implement it successfully, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of how different functions interact.

More specifically, you will :

1. Partner with country leaders to monitor business performance and participate in strategic projects.
2. Analyze data, interact with stakeholders, and follow up on project progress.
3. Engage in hands-on activities in the day-to-day business operations.

You can expect to :

• Support strategic initiatives by monitoring business performance, generating insights, and contributing to decision-making, including analyzing campaign results and developing new revenue ideas.
• Lead and support operational execution of key projects, including launching new initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across various projects.

Candidate profile :

We welcome candidates passionate about data and eager to learn how to provide fact-based recommendations for critical business decisions. You are likely the right fit if you:

• Are in your final year of a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Are based in Paris (in-person presence required; our Paris office is beautiful).
• Have prior experience in consulting or university projects.
• Speak and write fluently in French and English.

Desired Skills :

• Experience with SQL, large databases, and raw data analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Tableau or Superset is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience with data-driven recommendations and decision-making.
• Proactive, results-driven attitude, eager to learn and detail-oriented.
• Experience in project delivery and program management.
• Good understanding of French & Benelux markets (preferred).
• Experience in internet marketplace or travel industry is a plus.

Required Experience :
