The Institut Mines-Télécom (IMT) is a public institution dedicated to higher education and research for innovation in the fields of engineering and digital technology. Always attentive to the needs of the business world, the IMT combines strong academic and scientific legitimacy, close ties with companies and a unique positioning on the major transformations of the 21st century: digital, energy, industrial and educational. Its activities are carried out by the Mines and Télécom Grandes Ecoles under the authority of the Minister for Industry and Electronic Communications, two subsidiaries and associated partners or partners under agreement. Institut Mines-Télécom Business School is seeking one highly qualified candidate with a demonstrated experience in teaching (at the undergraduate and graduate levels) and research experience in Marketing and Artificial Intelligence to fit into the research themes of the school. The candidate will conduct and lead research activities within LITEM as part of one of the laboratory’s research groups:

  • Axis 1: "Digital, praxis and responsibility"
  • Axis 2: "Innovation, markets and organisations"

Level of training and / or experience required:

The ideal candidate will have a PhD and at least five years of experience. The candidate should have an “HDR” (Habilitation to Supervise Research) or an international equivalent. The candidate should have significant teaching and research experience in an academic or industrial laboratory with significant and recent publications in classified and leading journals in Management sciences or Economics at international level (from ABS list of the Chartered Association of Business Schools).

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

He or she will have demonstrated the ability to lead and manage research teams and be able to teach in French and English. The person selected for this position will be responsible for developing the discipline of Digital Marketing in the school and will be participating actively in future faculty recruitment in the area.
