Role Mission & Context

You will join one of our System Analysis chapters as a Solution Engineer. The missions of chapters are to drive excellence in specific competence areas, including best and next market practices, frameworks, and tools, in addition to growing internal talents.
As a Solution Engineer, you will interface with customers to identify their needs. You will be responsible for delivering solutions that support business requirements, using various technologies (COTS or others), products, and platforms. You will interact with diverse, multicultural team members to provide the right solutions and expertise. Your work will balance various aspects of delivery, from end to end. You should have a strong ability to propose innovative, cost-effective solutions that add value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of identified solutions
• Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications, including scope and timelines
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure product and solution readiness
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture guidelines, specifications, and quality standards, utilizing appropriate tools and platforms
• Identify and propose solutions and features fitting the product
• Resolve issues collaboratively with the business
• Analyze current technologies, perform tech watch, build prototypes and PoCs
• Document and monitor requirements for updates, considering legal, customer experience, and other factors

Required Competencies & Experience

• Master's degree in IT or related field, with strong IT knowledge and 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (FR/EN)
• Ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences
• Results-driven and capable of execution
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Challenging, eager to learn, ambitious, enthusiastic, and knowledge-sharing
• Proven ability to mentor and train others
