• Strong knowledge of design and construction methods and standards.

Job Title: Professional Services Senior Consultant_ALM

Location: France

Join our team as a Professional Services Consultant and engage in crafting innovative technology solutions through dynamic consulting projects!

What You Will Do

1. Implement ALM (Asset Lifecycle Management) methods and solutions across various phases and types of building and infrastructure projects.
2. Collaborate with Project Managers to design and implement project solutions and workflows for owners, designers, engineers, and builders.
3. Define connected workflows and optimize complex systems and technology configurations.
4. Create and manage project databases, audit and review BIM data, and customize via scripting.
5. Work closely with clients to identify key requirements and communicate these to relevant business functions.
6. Maintain existing client relationships through proactive contact, excellent service, and relationship development.

Skills & Experience Needed

1. Over 5 years of professional practice, preferably in Linear Infrastructure or Maintenance & Operations projects.
2. Graduate degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
3. Experience with digital AECO tools & CDE (Common Data Environment) platforms.
4. Fluency in French and English.
5. Experience in developing and deploying consulting projects, process mapping, and implementation.
6. Interest in new technologies and applying ALM to the AECO industry.
7. Strong learning orientation and ability to work independently and in teams.
8. Knowledge of design and construction methods, terminology, and standards.
9. Ability to interact with clients on-site and develop growth paths for further missions.
