Role Description:

• Liability for the profit and loss of the Services department within the assigned territory, focusing on project and application consulting activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of team profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to secure new sales and validate offers technically.
• Provide effort estimations and statements of work for sales.
• Deliver contracts on time, within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Review and optimize quality and procedures regularly.
• Monitor operational and financial aspects of projects in the territory.
• Develop and enhance the professional skills of team members.
• Foster team spirit and motivation.
• Build strong relationships with clients' management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, budget-compliant contract delivery with full customer satisfaction.
• Support sales efforts to acquire new business.
• Validate technical proposals according to ISO procedures.
• Plan and organize product developments for deployment.
• Manage financial, technical, and contractual risks of projects.
• Handle profit and loss responsibilities for the territory related to consulting activities.
• Track costs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Forecast and report revenues.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet financial targets.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring proper training and evaluation.
• Implement project methodologies and ensure data quality in internal systems.
• Maintain comprehensive intervention reports and task records.
• Develop strong customer relationships and collaborate with product teams for improvements.
• Participate in management meetings and respond to leadership requests.

Knowledge / Skills:

• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Experience in the public health industry and LIS implementation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK or Prince).
• Excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts.
• Motivational and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in German, with proficiency in English or French.

Education / Experience:

• Master's degree or equivalent, with internal promotion preferred.
• Experience in the public health sector and complex software project delivery.
