As a Professional Services DevOps Architect at JFrog, you will...

  • Design detailed JFrog-related projects from inception to production support, including creating customer statements of work (SOW) and documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultative advice throughout all customer engagement stages.
  • Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations accurately.
  • Coordinate and oversee implementation activities with internal teams, partners, and customers on large enterprise projects.
  • Mentor Professional Services and partner consultants, guiding best practices, communication, and implementation strategies, including documentation, delivery kits, and training materials.
  • Liaise with other JFrog teams such as training, Support, Product, and Engineering.
  • Develop case studies, presentations, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies.
  • Stay updated on new features and fixes in quarterly JFrog releases and share key information with the PS team.
  • Demonstrate leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

To succeed as a Professional Services DevOps Architect at JFrog, you need...

  • 10+ years of experience with Continuous Integration tools: CI Server, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, NPM.
  • Ability to architect and build software delivery pipelines using Docker, NPM, Java, Pypi, etc., with various DevOps tools such as Git, binary repositories, binary scanning, and CI.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure and operations, including storage, network, computing, security, and cloud (public and on-premises).
  • Experience with Continuous Deployment and Delivery tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure—AWS, Azure, GCP—is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with server-side software on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Experience with software architecture design and product development is a plus.
