Job Description

The Professional Services Consultant is a key member of the services organization and acts as a customer-facing representative of Nexthink. The role involves ensuring that the company's products are implemented within customer organizations to meet or exceed expectations regarding the solution's technical and business benefits.

This role requires a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with strong technical and communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships. Travel to and work from customer sites is essential as needed.

  1. Maintain technical expertise and current best practices to implement and operate all of Nexthink’s products at an advanced level during projects.
  2. Install and configure Nexthink solutions according to the design and prepare all relevant technical deliverables.
  3. Implement all technical aspects of service delivery to standard quality levels.
  4. Educate and empower customers to fully adopt and utilize the solution.
  5. Understand customer requirements to advise and implement suitable Nexthink solutions following industry best practices.
  6. Commit to customer satisfaction and building referenceable relationships.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, support, product management) and partners.
  8. Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  9. Contribute to community forums by posting articles and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a software consulting role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of IT operations and ITIL.
  • Experience with Digital Transformation projects, preferably related to End-User computing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications; MacOS experience is a plus.
  • Desired experience with Cloud deployments (architecture, security including SSO, APIs).
  • Awareness of current industry standards and regulations (ISO27k, PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIST).
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies independently.
  • Excellent communication, customer-facing, and teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.
  • Fluent in English and French.
