BCS-AIS in France seeks a Production Manager to oversee and optimize automotive production processes. You will manage and coordinate production activities, analyze manufacturing workflows, and collaborate with industrial engineering teams to implement improvements.

You will monitor equipment performance, manage production schedules and cycle times, and ensure safety and compliance while driving continuous improvement and meeting KPIs.
