Production Quality Technician, Ollainville

Vernet US, a global leader in manufacturing diesel thermostats and pressure control devices with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a full-time Production Quality Technician for our location in Ollainville, France. This role involves analyzing production scraps, implementing measurement and control means, and participating in the 8D resolution method through product and process expertise.

What You Will Do:

1. Identify, propose, and implement improvements.
2. Analyze product non-conformity and write analysis reports.
3. Archive returned products after analysis.
4. Define specific control means if necessary.
5. Perform dimensional and functional control.
6. Carry out product qualification as per planning.
7. Conduct internal audits according to schedule.
8. Validate and monitor action plans until completion.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of quality expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of ISO drawings and internal audits.
• Ability to use control means and expertise.
• Experience with 8D and problem-solving methods.
• Knowledge of SPC and capability.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
