Production Supervisor at IKV Tribologie

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our grease manufacturing site, IKV Tribologie. The role involves overseeing daily shop-floor operations, ensuring timely and safe production aligned with customer requirements, managing 13-14 direct reports, and coordinating production planning and operations to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance.

• Lead and coordinate daily production to meet customer orders in collaboration with Planning and Supply Chain.
• Create and manage SAP production orders.
• Supervise a production team of 13-14 employees, assign workloads, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Lab, HSE, HR, Supply Chain) on quality and safety matters.

Qualifications

• Bac +3 with relevant experience or Bac +5 in industrial production or a similar field.
• Proven experience in a similar production role.
• Fluent in both English and French.
