Qualifications

• 8+ ans d'expérience en production audiovisuelle

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business and utilizing their skills to produce high-quality sound content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios—both in-house and outsourced—to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive audio experience. The successful candidate will marry a strong passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook. Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at all stages (beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions). Manage the production schedule for new shows, oversee recording sessions, coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams, and handle all aspects of audio production including scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes. Candidates should have 8+ years of relevant experience in TV, content, or audio production, programming. Fluency in French (native) and English (fluent) is required; audio work background is a plus. The role offers remote working anywhere in France on a 6-month contract.
