Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The manager will engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios (both in-house and outsourced) to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive listening experience.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to define the audio production strategy and playbook. Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at all stages, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound editing, mixing, and publication of episodes across multiple shows. Experience of 8+ years in TV, content, or audio production, fluency in French (native) and English, with a background in audio work being a plus. The role is remote within France, for a 6-month contract.
