Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The goal is to utilize their skills to produce high-quality sound content across all formats on Pocket FM.

The successful candidate will:

• Actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios (both in-house and outsourced).
• Work on sound design, optimize production quality, and create immersive audio content.
• Define the audio production strategy and playbook, marrying a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with innovation and data analysis.
• Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at all stages.
• Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
• Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
• Ensure sound design, production processes, and final outputs meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of related work experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Command over French (native) and English (fluent).
• Background in audio work is a bonus.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote Working)

Contract Duration: 6 months
