Qualifications

• Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en production audiovisuelle ou de contenu.
• Maîtrise du français (natif) et de l'anglais (courant).
• Passion pour la production audio et l'innovation.

Responsabilités

• Diriger et soutenir une équipe de producteurs pour créer des émissions engageantes.
• Gérer les calendriers de production et superviser les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Contrôler la qualité de sortie finale des productions.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The candidate will engage with internal and external production teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive listening experience. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to develop the audio production strategy.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows, as well as sound design and final output quality control.

Requirements include 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, proficiency in French (native) and English (fluent), and a passion for audio production and innovation. Audio work experience is a plus. The position is remote anywhere in France and is a 6-month contract.
