Job Title: Production Manager - France

Job Description:

The Production Manager will partner with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content for Pocket FM. Responsibilities include engaging with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios (both in-house and outsourced) to work on sound design and optimize production quality to create immersive audio content.

The ideal candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy. They will lead a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at all stages.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing the production schedule for new shows, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
2. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes.
3. Sound design, production processes, and ensuring final output quality.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production.
2. Native French speaker and fluent in English.
3. Background in audio work is a plus.
4. Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote work)

Contract Duration: 6 months
