Qualifications

• 8+ ans d'expérience en production audio, TV, ou contenu.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
• Passionné par la production audio avec des idées innovantes.

Responsabilités

• Gérer le calendrier de production des nouvelles émissions et coordonner les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Diriger tous les aspects de la production audio : planification, enregistrement, assemblage, mixage.
• Assurer la qualité finale de la production.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The goal is to utilize their skills to produce high-quality sound content across all formats on Pocket FM.

You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios—both in-house and outsourced—to work on sound design, optimize production quality, and create immersive audio content.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook. Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create excellent quality shows that keep listeners engaged and maximize retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the production schedule for new shows, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating sound engineers and post-production.
2. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
3. Sound design, production process management, and ensuring final output quality.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of relevant experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
2. Native proficiency in French and fluent in English.
3. Background in audio work is a plus.
4. Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.

This position offers remote work anywhere in France and is a 6-month contract.
