• Gérer le calendrier de production pour les nouvelles émissions.
• Superviser les sessions d'enregistrement et coordonner les ingénieurs du son.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with top voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The role includes engaging with internal teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios (both in-house and outsourced) to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive listening experience. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that retain listeners at all stages (initial, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, extensions). Managing the production schedule for new shows, overseeing recording sessions, coordinating sound engineers and post-production, and handling all aspects of audio production such as scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.

Qualifications include 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, proficiency in French (native) and English (fluent), with a background in audio work being a bonus. Candidates should be passionate about audio production and innovative in creating hit shows. The position is remote, based anywhere in France, and is a 6-month contract.
