Une entreprise dynamique dans le secteur de la production audio recherche un Directeur de Production pour diriger les efforts de création de contenu audio engageant. Vous travaillerez à distance depuis n'importe où en France et serez responsable de la gestion de l'équipe de production pour développer des émissions captivantes et innovantes. Ce poste nécessite une solide expérience en audio et une passion pour le storytelling. Ce contrat de 6 mois offre une opportunité unique d'impacter le paysage audio avec vos idées.

Qualifications

• Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en production audio ou programmation.
• Maîtrise du français (natif) et de l'anglais (fluent).
• Passion et connaissance du domaine de la production audio.

Responsabilités

• Gérer le planning de production pour de nouvelles émissions.
• Diriger tous les aspects de la production audio incluant enregistrement et publication.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The goal is to utilize their skills to produce high-quality sound content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios both in-house and outsourced to work on sound designs and optimize production quality, creating immersive and compelling audio content.

The successful candidate will combine a strong passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook. You will lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create excellent quality shows that keep listeners engaged and maximize retention at all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, aligning sound engineers, and post-production.
2. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publication of episodes for multiple shows.
3. Sound design, production process, and final output quality.
4. Ensuring high standards in audio production and innovative content creation.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of related experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
2. Command over French (native) & English (fluent).
3. Background in audio work is a bonus.
4. Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with ideas for innovation and creating hit shows.
5. Location: Anywhere in France (Remote working).
6. Contract duration: 6 months.
