Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content for Pocket FM. The responsibilities include engaging with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios (both in-house and outsourced) to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive experience. The candidate should have a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling, with a curiosity for innovation and data-driven strategies. Leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that retain listeners is essential.

Responsibilities include managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes across multiple shows. Experience in TV, content, or audio production for 8+ years is required. Fluency in French (native) and English (fluent) is necessary. A background in audio work is a plus. The role is remote within France and is a 6-month contract.
