Responsabilités

• Diriger et soutenir une équipe de producteurs pour créer des émissions engageantes.
• Gérer le calendrier de production et organiser les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Superviser tous les aspects de la production audio, du mixage à la publication.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The role involves utilizing their skills to produce high-quality sound content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios—both in-house and outsourced—to work on sound design and optimize production quality to create immersive audio content. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supporting a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create high-quality shows that engage listeners and maximize retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.)
2. Managing the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams
3. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows
4. Sound design, production processes, and final output quality

Requirements:

• 8+ years of related experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming
• Native French speaker and fluent in English
• Audio work background is a bonus
• Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with innovative ideas for creating hit shows
• Location: Anywhere in France (Remote working)
• Contract duration: 6 months
