Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The candidate will engage with internal teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive audio experience. The successful candidate should combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

• Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention across all stages (beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).
• Manage production schedules, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams.
• Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
• Handle sound design, production processes, and final output quality.
• Require 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Command over French (native) and English (fluent) languages.
• Audio work background is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with ideas for innovation and creating hit shows.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote Working)

Contract Duration: 6 months
