Qualifications

• Minimum 8 ans d'expérience dans la production audio ou programmée.
• Maîtrise du français (natif) et de l'anglais (courant).

Responsabilités

• Gérer le calendrier de production pour de nouvelles émissions.
• Diriger tous les aspects de la production audio: enregistrement, assemblage, mixage.
• Superviser la conception sonore et la qualité finale.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The goal is to utilize their skills to produce high-quality sound content across all formats on Pocket FM.

You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios both in-house and outsourced. Your responsibilities include working on sound designs, optimizing production quality to create immersive audio content, and defining the audio production strategy and playbook.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for entertainment and audio storytelling, coupled with curiosity for innovation and data. You will lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention across all stages (beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).

1. Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
2. Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
3. Oversee sound design, production processes, and final output quality.
4. Bring 8+ years of related experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
5. Command over French (native) and English (fluent).
6. Audio work background is a bonus.
7. Be passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.

This position is open anywhere in France with remote working options. The contract duration is 6 months.
