Une entreprise en pleine expansion recherche un Production & Planning Manager pour optimiser la création de contenu audio sur Pocket FM. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des équipes de production, de la planification des enregistrements et de l'engagement avec des talents et des studios. Ce poste, en contrat de 6 mois, est à distance dans toute la France et nécessite une grande expérience en production audio.

Qualifications

• 8+ ans d'expérience dans la production audio ou télévisuelle.
• Fluente en français (natif) et anglais.
• Passion pour la production audio et idées innovantes.

Responsabilités

• Diriger une équipe de producteurs et d'audio leads.
• Gérer les plannings de production et les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Optimiser la qualité de production pour créer un contenu audio immersif.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The goal is to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM.

You will actively engage with internal production teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound designs and optimize production quality to create immersive audio content. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, editing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows. Experience in sound design, production processes, and final output is essential.

Requirements include 8+ years in TV, content, or audio production, fluency in French (native) and English, and a passion for audio production with innovative ideas. A background in audio work is a bonus. The position is remote within France, on a 6-month contract.
