Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive audio experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling, coupled with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that retain listeners across all stages.
• Managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
• Handling all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
• Sound design and ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production.
• Native French speaker and fluent in English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote working)

Contract: 6 months
