Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The role includes engaging with internal and external teams to work on sound design, optimize production quality, and create immersive audio experiences.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the production strategy. Responsibilities include leading a team of producers and audio leads, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound design, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production
• Native French and fluent English
• Background in audio work is a plus
• Passionate about audio production and innovation

This position is remote anywhere in France, on a 6-month contract.
