Le candidat idéal aura plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans le domaine et sera passionné par l'audio et la narration. Vous serez responsable de gérer des équipes, des horaires de production et d'optimiser la qualité de la production pour créer des émissions captivantes.

Qualifications

• 8+ ans d'expérience en production audio, contenu ou programmation.
• Bilingue: français natif et anglais courant.
• Passionné par la production audio avec des idées innovantes.

Responsabilités

• Diriger une équipe de producteurs et ingénieurs audio.
• Gérer les horaires de production et coordonner les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Assurer la qualité sonore et mener toutes les étapes de production.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. Responsibilities include engaging with internal teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios (both in-house and outsourced) to work on sound design and optimize production quality. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention.
2. Managing production schedules for new shows, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
3. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
4. Applying sound design and ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Native French speaker and fluent in English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.
• Location: Anywhere in France (Remote work possible).
• Contract duration: 6 months.
