Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content for Pocket FM. The role involves engaging with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality to create immersive audio experiences. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to define the audio production strategy.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, post-production, and final output. Candidates should have 8+ years of relevant experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming. Fluency in French (native) and English (fluent) is required. An audio work background is a plus. The role is remote within France and is a 6-month contract.
