Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The goal is to utilize their skills to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design, optimize production quality, and create immersive audio experiences. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to define the audio production strategy. Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of talented producers and audio leads to create engaging shows, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound design, mixing, and publication of episodes for multiple shows. Requirements include 8+ years of relevant experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming, fluency in French (native) and English, and a passion for audio innovation. This is a 6-month remote contract anywhere in France. Please note that a work permit may be required if you are not a passport holder of France.
