Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The goal is to utilize their skills to produce amazing sounding content across all formats on Pocket FM.

You shall actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios both in-house and outsourced to work on sound designs, optimize production quality, and create immersive audio content.

The successful candidate will marry a strong passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create high-quality shows that engage listeners and maximize retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).

Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, coordinating with sound engineers, and post-production.

Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.

Responsibilities include sound design, production processes, and ensuring final output quality.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of related experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
2. Fluent in French (native) and English.
3. Audio work background is a bonus.
4. Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.
5. Location: Anywhere in France (Remote work).
6. Contract duration: 6 months.
