Qualifications

• 8+ années d'expérience en production TV, audio ou contenu.
• Passion pour la production audio et des idées innovantes.
• Connaissance du travail audio est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Diriger et soutenir une équipe de producteurs pour créer des shows engageants.
• Gérer le calendrier de production et superviser les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Coordonner avec les ingénieurs du son et les équipes de post-production.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The role involves utilizing their skills to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM.

You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound designs and optimize production quality to create immersive and compelling audio content.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention across all stages (beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).

Manage the production schedule for new shows, oversee recording sessions, coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams, and handle all aspects of audio production including scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes.

Qualifications include:

• 8+ years of related experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming
• Native French and fluent English language skills
• Background in audio work is a bonus
• Passion for audio production and innovative ideas for creating hit shows

This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of remote work anywhere in France.
