Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Diriger une équipe de producteurs et responsables audio.
• Gérer les plannings de production et superviser les sessions d'enregistrement.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content for Pocket FM. Responsibilities include engaging with internal teams and external studios, managing sound designs, and optimizing production quality to create immersive audio experiences. The candidate should have a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling, with a curiosity for innovation and data, to define the production strategy.

Key duties include leading a team of producers and audio leads, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes across multiple shows. The role requires overseeing sound design and final output quality.

Qualifications include 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, proficiency in French (native) and English (fluent), with a background in audio work being a plus. The candidate should be passionate about audio production and innovative in creating successful shows. The position is remote within France and is a 6-month contract.
