Qualifications

• 8+ années d'expérience en production audio, TV ou contenu.

• Gérer les plannings de production et superviser les sessions d'enregistrement.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The role requires active engagement with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive experience. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook. Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that retain listeners across all stages, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, editing, mixing, and publication of episodes for multiple shows. The role also involves sound design, overseeing the entire production process, and ensuring final output quality. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming, with native proficiency in French and fluent English. An audio work background is a bonus. The position is remote within France and is a 6-month contract.
