Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Production Manager pour superviser la création de contenu audio de haute qualité. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une solide expérience dans le domaine ainsi qu'une passion pour l'innovation audio. Ce poste se déroule essentiellement en télétravail en France et est proposé comme un contrat de 6 mois.

Qualifications

• Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en production audio ou de contenu.
• Maîtrise du français (natif) et de l'anglais (courant).
• Passion pour l'innovation et le son.

Responsabilités

• Diriger et soutenir une équipe de producteurs.
• Gérer les horaires de production et superviser les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Optimiser la qualité de la production et publier des épisodes.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The candidate will engage with internal and external teams to work on sound design, optimize production quality, and create immersive audio experiences. The role requires a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling, coupled with a curiosity for innovation and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows. The candidate should have over 8 years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, proficiency in French (native) and English (fluent), and a passion for audio innovation. The position is remote within France and is a 6-month contract.
