Responsabilités

• Diriger une équipe de producteurs et de responsables audio.
• Gérer le calendrier de production pour de nouvelles émissions.
• Conduire tous les aspects de la production audio : planification, enregistrement, montage, mixage.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding. The role involves utilizing their skills to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality to create immersive audio content. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to define the audio production strategy.

Main responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows with high listener retention.
• Managing the production schedule for new shows, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
• Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
• Sound design, production process management, and ensuring final output quality.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production.
• Fluent in French (native) and English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote working)

Contract duration: 6 months
