Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content for Pocket FM. The candidate will engage with internal and external production teams to work on sound design, optimize production quality, and create immersive audio experiences. The role requires a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling, coupled with a curiosity for innovation and data, to define and implement the audio production strategy.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes across multiple shows. The candidate should have 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, command native French and fluent English, and have a background in audio work. Passion and knowledge about audio production, with ideas for innovation, are essential. This position is remote, based anywhere in France, for a 6-month contract.
