Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Production Manager pour produire du contenu audio de haute qualité sur Pocket FM. Le candidat idéal possédera plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans la production audio, sera bilingue en français et anglais, et devra gérer une équipe tout en supervisant le processus de production. Le poste est basé en France avec des possibilités de travail à distance.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 8+ ans en production audio ou vidéo.
• Maîtrise du français (natif) et de l'anglais (courant).
• Connaissances en ingénierie du son appréciées.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les plannings de production et superviser les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Optimiser la qualité de production pour une expérience immersive.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The role involves engaging with internal teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive listening experience.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy. They will lead a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows with high listener retention across all stages.

Responsibilities include managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, post-production, and final episode assembly and publication. Experience of 8+ years in TV, content, or audio production is required. Command of French (native) and English (fluent) is essential. A background in audio work is a plus. The role offers remote work anywhere in France and is a 6-month contract.
