Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The candidate will engage with internal teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios (both in-house and outsourced) to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive experience.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to define the audio production strategy. Responsibilities include leading a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound design, editing, and publishing episodes across multiple shows.

Requirements include 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, proficiency in French (native) and English (fluent), and a background in audio work is a plus. The role is remote within France, with a 6-month contract.
