Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The role requires engaging with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive experience.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to define the audio production strategy. Responsibilities include leading a team of producers, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound design, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows. A background of 8+ years in TV, content, or audio production is required, along with native French and fluent English skills. A background in audio work is a plus. The role is remote within France and is a 6-month contract.
