Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager's role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios—both in-house and outsourced—to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive experience.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook. You will lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at all stages.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the production schedule for new shows, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
2. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
3. Sound design, overseeing the production process, and ensuring final output quality.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or related fields.
• Native French speaker and fluent in English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.

This is a remote position anywhere in France, with a 6-month contract. EU work permit is required.
