Qualifications

• Expérience de plus de 8 ans en production audio ou télévision.
• Locuteur natif français et fluent en anglais.
• Passionné par la production audio avec des idées innovantes.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les emplois du temps des productions, superviser les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Diriger tous les aspects de la production audio et veiller à la qualité finale.
• Collaborer avec les talents de voix, ingénieurs du son et équipes de post-production.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is to partner with voice over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. Responsibilities include engaging with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound designs and optimize production quality for an immersive listening experience.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that retain listeners across all stages, from show start to extensions.

• Manage production schedules for new shows, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams.
• Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
• Focus on sound design, production process, and final output quality.
• Require 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Native French speaker and fluent in English.
• Audio work background is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote work). Contract duration: 6 months.
