Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market. The goal is to expand our business by utilizing their skills to produce high-quality sound content across all formats on Pocket FM.

You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality to create immersive audio content. The successful candidate will marry a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of talented producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).

Manage the production schedule for new shows, oversee recording sessions, align sound engineers, and handle post-production.

Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.

Ensure sound design, production processes, and final output meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of related experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Native French speaker & fluent in English.
• Background in audio work is a bonus.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote working). Contract duration: 6 months.
