Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The candidate will engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy. They will lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention across all stages.

• Manage the production schedule for new shows, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineers, and post-production.
• Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes.
• Focus on sound design, production processes, and final output quality.
• Require 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or related fields.
• Command over French (native) & English (fluent).
• Audio work background is a bonus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.
• Location: Anywhere in France (Remote work).
• Contract duration: 6 months.
