Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content for Pocket FM. You will actively engage with internal teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality to create immersive audio experiences. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, and post-production, and ensuring high-quality output across multiple shows. Experience in TV, content, or audio production, with 8+ years in the field, is required. Fluency in French (native) and English (fluent) is mandatory. A background in audio work is a plus. The role offers remote work anywhere in France and is a 6-month contract.
