Qualifications

• 8+ ans d'expérience en production audio, TV ou contenu.
• Fluent en français (natif) et en anglais.
• Expérience dans le travail audio est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Gérer le calendrier de production et superviser les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Optimiser la qualité de production pour une expérience immersive.
• Diriger et soutenir une équipe de producteurs pour créer des émissions engageantes.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with top voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. Responsibilities include engaging with internal teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive experience.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at various stages.

Key duties include managing the production schedule, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, post-production, sound design, and final output. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, and be fluent in French (native) and English. Experience in audio work is a plus. The role is remote within France, on a 6-month contract.
