Production Manager - France At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers to produce high-quality audio content for Pocket FM. Responsibilities include engaging with internal and external production teams, managing sound design, and optimizing production quality to create immersive audio experiences. The successful candidate will have a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling, with a curiosity for innovation and data-driven strategies. They will lead a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing production schedules for new shows, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating sound engineers and post-production.
  2. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
  3. Sound design and ensuring the final output meets quality standards.
  4. Bringing 8+ years of related experience in TV, content, or audio production.
  5. Fluent in French (native) and English.
  6. Background in audio work is a plus.
  7. Innovative mindset and passion for creating hit shows.
