We are seeking a Production Manager to partner with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers to produce high-quality audio content for Pocket FM. This role involves engaging with internal teams and external partners to manage sound design, production quality, and content delivery across various formats. The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling, with a curiosity for innovation and data-driven strategies. Responsibilities include leading a team of producers, managing production schedules, overseeing all aspects of audio production, and ensuring engaging content for listeners.

Requirements include 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, fluency in French (native) and English, and a passion for audio innovation. Audio work experience is a plus. This is a 6-month contract position based anywhere in France with remote working options.
