Une entreprise dynamique recherche un(e) Manager de Production pour superviser la création de contenu audio de haute qualité sur Pocket FM. Le candidat idéal combinera une passion pour la narration audio avec une curiosité pour l'innovation. Le travail peut se faire à distance depuis n'importe quel endroit en France et nécessite des compétences en gestion de production. Un contrat de 6 mois est proposé avec un potentiel de renouvellement.

Qualifications

• 8+ ans d'expérience en TV, contenu, production audio ou programmation.
• Maîtrise du français (natif) et de l'anglais (fluent).
• Passionné par la production audio avec des idées novatrices.

Responsabilités

• Gérer le planning de production pour de nouvelles émissions.
• Diriger tous les aspects de la production audio.
• Collaborer avec des talents VO et des ingénieurs du son.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business and utilizing their skills to produce amazing sounding content across all formats on Pocket FM. You shall actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound designs, optimizing production quality to create immersive and compelling audio content.

The successful candidate will marry a strong passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with a hearty curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook. Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create excellent quality shows that keep listeners engaged and maximize retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).

- Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, aligning sound engineers, and post-production.

- Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publication of episodes for multiple shows.

- Sound design, production process, and final output.

- 8+ years of related work experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.

- Command over French (native) & English (fluent).

- Audio work background is a bonus.

- Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with ideas for innovation and creating hit shows.

- Anywhere in France (Remote Working).

French (native), English (fluent). 6-month Contract.
