Description du poste

At AKQA, we believe in the imaginative application of art and science to create beautiful ideas, products, and services. With an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach, we design digital experiences that capture the imagination and deliver impressive results for our clients.

As part of the Production team and in direct report with a Senior Producer, you will be involved in the daily coordination and execution of operations and logistics. We're looking for someone driven, energetic, curious, enthusiastic, proactive, and deeply passionate about image making in the creative industry: film, photography, design, visual identity, CGI, AI, Animation, etc.

Based in our beautiful Paris studio, France, and as part of the AKQA team, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic, meritocratic culture — surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Support pre-production phase: Flesh out project planning, monitor deadlines, build briefing documents, and participate in briefing partners. Book and coordinate internal resources. Organize key meetings and track milestones. Manage administrative workflows (contracts, estimates, SOW, PO, etc.).
  • Support production phase: Assist with travel coordination and logistics for shoots. Contribute to the preparation of shooting documents. Support CGI asset development, both in-house and with external studios. Keep tracking tools updated for financial monitoring. Provide general production support as needed.
  • Support post-production phase: Organize meetings, take notes, and maintain documentation. Monitor creative reviews to ensure deliverables meet the brief and quality standards.
  • Use AKQA Project Management Tools to initiate projects, track financial status, and escalate issues to your manager.
  • Archive final deliverables following AKQA processes and oversee buyouts.
  • Develop knowledge of talents and production companies on the market.

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in production or project management is a plus.
  • Passionate about image and craftsmanship, with good attention to detail.
  • Familiar with content creation workflows in film, photography, and social media within agency or production settings.
  • Ability to handle client communication.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Committed to high standards of excellence and integrity.

EU working rights are required, either through EU citizenship or a visa. A Convention de Stage or equivalent is mandatory.

This is a full-time, 5-day-a-week internship lasting six months, ideally starting in September 2025.

We believe great work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach including in-office days. Please discuss accommodations or flexibility needs during the interview process.

AKQA is an equal opportunity employer, fostering a culture of respect where everyone feels they belong and has equal opportunities for career progression.
